Chef Kayla retained her Culinary degree after 6 years of practical training in 2008 at VCC, while working at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel in Vancouver B.C. Since then Kayla has become a Culinary force. Having competed on Top Chef Canada, been the personal chef for the X factor in Los Angeles and creating a line of plant based proteins for a publicly traded company being some of her accomplishments. Chef Kayla wears many hats within our organization including hands on chef, focusing on menu & recipe creation.
Kayla holds a tremendous amount of pride in setting "Bucket list" goals and achieving those with perseverance and exceptional focus.
Cheryl has an impressive 25 years of experience in client relations and hospitality. Throughout her career, she has worked in various restaurants and hotels, taking on roles in service as well as sales. Cheryl possesses a natural talent for guiding clients and effectively communicating with our operations team. Her demeanor, characterized by calmness and patience, is unmatched.

Achraf brings over a decade of diverse experience from prestigious hospitality brands in the Middle East, including Ritz Carlton, Anantara, Millennium, and Hyatt's Alila Huni Bay, spanning UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Morocco. With expertise in standards implementation, training, team management, he oversees a team of 71 members, ensuring operational achievements and effective brand standards realization . His background includes pivotal roles as F&B Manager, Training Manager, and Restaurants Operation Manager, highlighting his ability to excel in various F&B environments.
Souhail brings extensive expertise as an innovative chef with over 14 years of experience in kitchen management and food preparation within high-volume environments. Renowned for his talent in delivering a creative fusion of international cuisine, unique food presentation, and exceptional service. As the Executive Chef at Lightfields Food Stuff in Kuwait, Souhail leads by example, ensuring excellence in all facets of kitchen operations with a dedicated focus on quality and efficiency.
Mustapha boasts a distinguished career in the F&B industry, marked by progressive roles in esteemed establishments across diverse regions. His journey began in Morocco and spanned through the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and the Maldives. With experience in key management positions at renowned companies such as Ritz Carlton, Swissbelhotel, and Rixos Bab Bahr, he has consistently upheld exemplary standards of service and guest satisfaction. Proficient in managing large teams and navigating demanding operational environments, Mustapha excels in driving guests satisfaction while unwaveringly maintaining stringent quality.
Tarik is an accomplished professional with a comprehensive background in sales and hospitality, boasting extensive experience in esteemed hotels such as Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi and Armani hotels. His journey spans roles from sales coordination to managerial positions, where he consistently exceeds events targets while fostering enduring client relationships. Tarik's commitment to continuous professional development is evidenced by his active engagement in diverse training programs and attainment of certifications, ensuring he remains at the forefront of industry standards and best practices.
