Enjoy a thoughtfully curated, halal, Middle Eastern-inspired menu prepared by The Party People Catering Co.

At the heart of this event is a showcase of their Executive Chef, Sanjaya Bandara, a Michelin-awarded chef with over 25 years of international experience, from five-star hotels and royal residences to renowned restaurants across Canada, the UAE, and Sri Lanka.

This magical evening will be set to the sounds of Johnny Infamous, one of Edmonton’s top DJs known for his dynamic mixes and energy. A live performance by belly dancers will add movement, culture, and celebration to complete the experience.

All food is halal and prepared by Chef Sanjaya Bandara, and his team.
Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Please note that this is a specially curated meal; therefore, all dishes will be served as designed and dietary changes cannot be made.

Please prepare for a short 7-minute walk from the Welcome Centre to the event space. We’ll have carts available for seniors and guests with accessibility needs.

We invite you to dress in business casual or formal wear for an evening of elegance. As the event is fully outdoors and expected to be sunny, please dress accordingly and don’t forget your sunscreen.

In the event of rain, the dinner will be moved to a covered space within the U of A Botanic Garden.
